Violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website is prohibited, including but not limited to:

Products and Pricing Information

YELLO makes every effort to display products and their colors as accurately as possible.

The colors displayed by the products are dependent on the user's monitor and YELLO cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately represent the actual colors of the products.

Products shown may not be in stock or may have been discontinued.

Prices are also subject to change or vary depending on the buyer's location and shipping address.

While YELLO makes every effort to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. YELLO is not responsible for misinformation regarding prices or other items. YELLO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items if the items are listed at an incorrect price or if there is an error in pricing or product information. YELLO can choose to contact the customer for instructions, reconfirm the order at the correct price, or cancel the order. If you do not contact us within 5 days, your order will be canceled.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

YELLO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any reason whatsoever.

Possible reasons for cancellation of your order include problems identified by limitations on quantities available for purchase, misinformation about products or pricing information, or possible fraud.

Additional confirmation or information may be required before the shipment of the product.

We will contact you if your order is canceled in whole or in part, or if we need additional information to accept your order.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns, product exchanges, size exchanges, or similar exchange details for the convenience of the customer will be refused.

For items that may be defective or are different from the item you ordered, please send a picture of the arrived product to info@yelloshoes.jp. We will use our company standards to determine if an item is defective. If the product is determined to be defective after checking the product images, we will replace the product or refund your money. If the product is not determined to be defective, it will not be replaced or refunded.

No refunds will be given for refused shipments due to unforeseen import fees, original shipping charges, brokerage/customs/duties, and return shipping costs. You also acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any shipping address information entered by you or any shipping slips created through the Website.

Under no circumstances will we be liable, directly or indirectly, for any delays, costs, losses, or damages of any kind incurred or suffered by or in connection with any misrepresentation or error of information.

Any duties, taxes, fines, storage fees, or other charges incurred by us as a result of the actions of customs or other governmental authorities or failure to receive within the due date shall be authorized to be charged to you or the recipient. The amount to be charged will be debited from your credit card.
