Returns/Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

 

Defects/mistakes in delivered products

Please send us a photo of the product. We will decide on the next steps once we confirm the state. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

We will exchange or return the product once we confirm the product is eligible.

* Please note that used products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

* Some defects, (e.g. scratches on the soles of your shoes) may not be eligible. Please try using a mattress or other material to protect and to avoid any scratch when trying on.

* Please not that even if you wish to exchange the product, we may refund the product due to lack of stock or for other reasons.

 

Please contact info@yelloshoes.com within 5 days after the product arrives with the following information.

Product state

 

We will confirm as soon as we receive the information.

 

Changing or cancelling after order

Please note that we do not accept any changes or cancellations of products (color, size, quantity).

 

Mistake in the shipping address

Please note that we cannot change the shipping address after ordering. Please check carefully before placing an order.

 

Ordered items

If your order is completed successfully, you will receive an "order confirmation email" from <info@yelloshoes.jp> to the registered address.

If you have not received the e-mail, please check your spam or junk folder.
